Who We Are

Who We Are

Who We Are

Grace began training self-defense (BJJ) in 2014 in Asia. In 2016 she inherited a kids BJJ class, shortly after the community asked her for training sessions, including NGOs working with survivors of trafficking.  She met her husband, George, training in self-defense together with him.  Together, they have taught self-defense seminars in four diffferent countries since 2017.

Our Future

Who We Are

Who We Are

George and Grace are developing curriculum tools for value-centered trauma-informed self-defense. They want to enable more martial artists to join the fight against human trafficking. They wish for every person to know their immutable God-given worth and be able to stand on it. Lastly they hope for instuctors to understand the importance of trauma-informed teaching to vulnerable students.
